Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of legitexam.com and all associated services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by LegitExam. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

LegitExam provides an online platform for exam preparation through practice questions, explanations, and performance tracking. We offer a free tier (limited questions per exam) and a paid subscription that unlocks the full question bank for a single exam.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@legitexam.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You may not share your account with others or use it to provide access to paid content to users who have not paid.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Pricing

Paid access is offered on a per-exam, monthly subscription basis at $27 USD per month per exam. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each month on the same day you originally subscribed. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the paid content until that date. We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, except where required by law or under our Refund Policy.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times over seven days. If payment is not recovered, your subscription will be suspended and paid access will be revoked until payment is updated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, reproduce, or redistribute any exam questions, explanations, or other proprietary content from the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content from the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any access controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its servers.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to practice questions, explanations, software, design, and trademarks — is owned by LegitExam or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use LegitExam’s name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Google (authentication). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UP TO DATE. PRACTICE QUESTIONS ARE FOR PREPARATION PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT GUARANTEE EXAM SUCCESS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGITEXAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR EXAM FAILURE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LegitExam harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
