How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Dashboard, find the exam subscription and click "Cancel subscription". Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
I found an incorrect question. What should I do?
Use the "Report" button directly on the question page. For urgent issues, submit a ticket with the category "Exam Content Issue" and include the question text.
How do I access my purchased exam?
After payment, go to your Dashboard โ your exam will appear there immediately. If it doesn't show up within 5 minutes, contact support with your order ID.
